1. I'm trying to
locate a specific item and your store is not showing it. Where can I find
it?
We provide a customized program development option. Please send us an
e-mail with your request. After obtaining necessary information to create
the program, we will inform you about the pricing and time schedule for
delivery.
2. How can I place
phone and/or mail order?
We accept mail or phone orders. To place an order by phone, contact us

3. Do you ship
to addresses outside the North America?
Yes, our client base includes many countries around the World, however
all our programs are in English language only.
4. How can I get
a catalog for your store?
The Hercules Sport Shop does not publish catalogues. Our products are
information based and very frequently customized. A printed catalogue
would quickly be outdated.
5. I made my order
several days ago and haven't received it yet. When will I receive it?
Orders typically take 2 days for electronic and 4-7 days for the hard
copy delivery. If you've not received your order within 48 hour past the
typical delivery time, please contact us and we will track the package
for you.
6. I need to return
or exchange some products. How do I do this?
As we indicated in our Refund Policy, we do not accept refunds or exchanges
after the program has been delivered. It is at the customers discretion
to make the appropriate program selection before ordering.
