November 24, 2007 featured 13 Hercules competing at the annual Manitoba Open event. Out of 78 attempts we had only 22 misses. The most satisfying part of coaching is to see athletes performing 6 for 6. This time Christa, Eric and Karl never missed an attempt and Jonathan, Sean and Darryl hit 5 out of 6. Congratulation!

Recognizing that coaching is the key to sport development, I'd like to thank Ken for his involvement in coaching at the competition. Ken brought a lot of enthusiasm and many years of experience to share with the younger members of the Hercules club.
