| The General Public Fitness program is a comprehensive training program combining all the components necessary to ensure your total body fitness needs. This progressive program consists of various training levels, each providing different challenges. Each training level is composed of two distinct phases, for a total of eight weeks. By using this advanced periodization system, we ensure the continuous growth of desired results without excessive overloading. A single training session is a combination of cardio, stretching, abdominal and strength exercises. The program utilizes a wide variety of fitness equipment, which includes free weights, universal machines, stationary bikes, steppers, and medicine or Swiss balls. You can choose between 2 or 3 session per week programs. The General Public programs are suitable for both female and male fitness enthusiasts. |

| Developmental
Level The Developmental Level program caters towards novice members or those with limited training experience. If you have never done any regular strength exercises or tried to do them on your own but are looking for a more organized program, this is for you. The key to the Developmental Level program's success is the great variety of exercises and training methods used. You are advised to start with Level 1 and follow a step-by-step graduation into higher levels. The program is offered in two or three sessions per week format. |

Level The Intermediate Level program is as an extension to the Developmental Level program, or can be used as an intermediate strength-cardio program. This program employs more advanced training methods while at the same time maintaining a great variety in the selection of training exercises. The program is offered in two or three sessions per week format. |

Level The Advanced Level program is as an extension to the Intermediate Level program, or can be used as an advanced strength-cardio program. The objective of the Advanced Level program is to extensively develop the main muscle groups. This is accomplished by the use of a very advanced training methods and proper application of the exercises. The program is offered in two or three sessions per week format. |
