Hercules Weightlifting and Strength Training Academy was established to help the sporting community realize their dream of participating in sport related activities, and to foster the promotion and advancement of the competitive athletes. Presently we offer programs in five different areas:

I. Hercules Weightlifting Club
II. Hercules Sport Strength Training and Conditioning
III. Elite Athletes Training
IV. Hercules General Public Strength Training and Fitness
V. Hercules Specialty Clinics and Consultation

Miroslaw Korkowski is the Program Director for the academy. He brings over two decades of coaching experience, first coaching teams in Poland and then Provincial and National teams in Canada. Korkowski has a master's degree in Physical Education and a Professional Weightlifting Coach Diploma from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland, as well as numerous certifications obtained here in North America.
